These Terms of Service describe the conditions for using PlantEngineer applications and services. Your use of a particular service may also be covered by a customer agreement.
Using our services
Use our services only as permitted by applicable law and your agreement with PlantEngineer. If you use a service on behalf of an organization, you must have permission to do so.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse our services or interfere with other users. You are responsible for checking engineering outputs before using them in real projects.
Your content and data
You are responsible for the content you provide and for having the permissions needed to use it with our services. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

Subscriptions and availability
Payment, renewal, cancellation, support, and availability conditions are set out in the agreement for the service you use. Contact us with questions about your subscription.
Suspending or ending access
Suspension or termination of access is governed by your service agreement. Contact us for help closing an account or arranging access to your data when a service ends.
Liability and disputes
Consult your customer agreement for the warranties, liability provisions, and dispute procedures that apply to your service. Contact us if you have a concern about our services.
